Collective consciousness and cultural healing are the most basic challenge that we face, in the way that we have to awaken our capacity for collective knowing and conscious action so that we can respond successfully to the immense ecological and social difficulties that confront us.
With this conscious cultural healing the human family could work through the reservoir of unresolved pain that accumulated through history. With healing, we could free up our collective psyche and place much more of our collective attention on building a sustainable and meaningful future. We could then begin the common work of building a sustainable, satisfying and soulful world.
